About the Founder
BECCA CARSELWith over two decades of experience supporting organizations in achieving their goals, Becca Carsel has the skills to ensure that a project or initiative is successful, from inception through implementation. Becca works with clients in the social services, health, and education sectors to plan, evaluate, train, advocate, and communicate. She leads teams of skilled consultants who bring a diverse range of expertise appropriate to each project.
Prior to founding a consulting group, Becca served as grants coordinator for Lucia Mar Unified School District in Arroyo Grande for seven years and a regional planner in Mankato, Minnesota. She began her career as an internship coordinator in the Environmental Studies Department at UC Santa Cruz. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Minnesota State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Santa Cruz.

Laura Keene
Laura has been an evaluation and learning specialist for more than twenty years and has worked in a variety of fields including education, public health, health care, and social services.
Laura has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University.

Amanda Welsh
Amanda has over 15 years of experience specializing in strategy and evaluation for networks and collaborations. She has worked to support cross-sector, public-private networks and partnerships through evaluation on a spectrum of issues including health policy, behavioral health, early childhood development, higher education, climate adaptation, food systems and children’s rights.

Melinda Stylos-Allan
Melinda has 20 years of experience working in public health, healthcare, and with community-based organizations. Her expertise is in planning and conducting data analyses and evaluation methods that are authentic, engaging, and actionable.
